Customer Service - Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates - Metropolitan Premium Properties
Description
Duties & Responsibilities- Do inbound and outbound calls to receive client's inquiries and get feedback on our service from clients.
- Prepare and send client's feedback report.
- Prepare feedback reports for each agent, regarding actions in CRMs to be given to training and performance team.
- Follow up with agents regarding their leads and track the status of each lead in CRMs. and ensure all leads are updated.
- Add, Modify, Monitor, and Distribute leads in CRMs
Requirements:
- Having 2+ years of work experience in UAE
- Bilingual in English & Arabic
- Proficient communication skills
- Must be able to learn and adapt quickly
- Can join on immediate basis
- Location: based in Abu Dhabi head office
Salary:
Up to AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
