Job Title:
Tele Sales and Marketing Representative - Female
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Tele Sales and Marketing Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting both existing and potential clients within the real estate industry. Your primary goal will be to secure additional inventory and generate leads to expand our business. This is an office-based position, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to existing clients to maintain relationships and explore opportunities for additional business.

Prospect and engage with new companies and clients within the real estate sector to generate leads and expand our client base.

Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services and solutions to potential clients.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and meeting targets.

Keep accurate records of all communications and sales activity in our CRM system.

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.

Requirements:

Previous experience in tele sales or telemarketing, preferably in the real estate industry.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for real estate.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

Fluency in English is required.

Must be a woman, no men will be considered for this role.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
