- 5-10 years' experience in a senior financial-management role, partnering with executive level staff
- International experience as a CFO from both a financial control and strategic development point of view
- Proven track record of developing and implementing financial management strategies
- The ability to influence and motivate a team
- Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills, plus excellent organization skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, native English speaker preferred
