MinimumRequirements:

• 6 + yearsof IT project management, especiallywith creating deliverables outlined above
• 6+Years of Technical and non-technical project management, Executivepresentation (written and verbal), Senior stakeholder management,Execution oriented with a track record of getting things done undertight deadlines and limitedresources.
• 4+ years of SAP / ERPexperience
• Priorexperience of managing a SAP implementation in any governmentorganization in northernemirates.

PreferredSkills:

• Strongfamiliarity with project management software tools, methodologies,and best practices; Jira, Smartsheet, Teams, O365,Planview.
• Ability to manage committeddeadlines/implementation commitments.
• Abilityto hold business and technical team members accountable forcommitments.
• Superior communication skillsacross all levels (team to executive).
• Thesenior PM should have experience coordinating/working in a matrixenvironment, be able to provide a roll-up of status and metricreporting, have strong issue management skills, and have experiencedefining roles and responsibilities on projects to bring clarity onthe accountability of work across teammembers.
• Excellent Communication inArabic – oral andwritten.
• Solid organizational skills includingattention to detail and multitaskingskills.
• Demonstratable resource estimatingskills, resource time and project budgettracking.
