Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve institute objectives.

Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of all departments.

Monitor and evaluate institute performance against established KPIs including sales, Training and support functions.

Quality Assurance:
Establish quality assurance processes and standards to maintain high academic standards.

Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with accreditation requirements.

Implement improvements based on feedback and industry best practices.

Human Resources Management:
Lead the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process for institute staff.

Develop and implement training and development programs for faculty and staff.

Oversee performance management, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback.

Curriculum Development:
Collaborate with academic staff to develop and update curriculum based on industry trends and requirements.

Ensure curriculum alignment with accreditation standards and regulatory guidelines.

Student Support and Engagement:
Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students.

Oversee student services, including counseling, academic advising, and career guidance.

Financial Management:
Develop and manage the institute budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Identify opportunities for revenue generation and cost-saving initiatives.
