Function:
Purchase / Logistics / Supply Chain Apply new techniques to improve quality and Production.
Rejection analysis and accordingly process improvement to control and reduce the rejections.
Inspection of Material and Quality output, Manpower controlling & Training.
Maintaining production & maintenance record. Application of 5S, KAIZEN, POKA YOKE.Technique on several places or quality, production & workplaces improvementProduction, Planning & Process Control.

Record about all Martials, knowledge about Excel and World .Knowledge about ERP and SAP Likes RESERVATION, WO, STO, PO, MIGO.Knowledge about receiving, shipping and inventory etc.

Daily stocks monitoring for better processment.

Knowledge of create PO (Purchased Order) In SAPMaking summary of approved bill and forwording all bills after approval to finance department.

Making GRN rejister in computer ERP and SAP also.
Supervision of store activity material handling, unloading from supplier, material issued to production floor.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
