Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Client Acquisition Associate.

This position is available in a leading financial company and entails a range of responsibilities aimed at acquiring new clients and ensuring client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calling activities to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Proactively find and qualify new leads through various channels.
  • Convert existing leads into clients through effective communication and persuasive skills.
  • Regularly follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Maintain thorough records of client interactions and updates in our database.
  • Arrange and schedule appointments with clients for meetings or consultations.

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills in English, Malayalam, and Hindi are essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record in sales or client acquisition is an advantage.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Salary:
From AED2,500.00 per month
