Our Client, a leading & well established Medical Journal Publisher for academic scholars and industrial professionals is now seeking a
Male Publishing Operations Manager to join their team based in
Sharjah Airport Freezone.

The primary function of this role will be to manage the on-going development of publishing operations for the company's publication programme.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee the production and delivery of issues ensuring they are on schedule, budget and to a high quality
  • Line management of a Production Coordinator
  • Manage and oversee quality control of external suppliers and lead on the procurement process for production/fulfilment services where required
  • Refine and improve production and operations processes
  • Lead on the operational implementation of new innovations and provide operational input into change management processes
  • Provide input into journals budgeting and reforecasting, monitoring and cost review

Job Type:
Permanent


Salary:
AED6, AED8,000.00 per month
