Creative Vision General Trading LLC, a home decor company, is urgently hiring a
Sales Operations Executive (female
) to join us in our Ajman Office.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist the sales team in daily operations, including order processing, quote preparation, and customer inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate customer and sales data in the CRM system.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights for decisionmaking.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth information flow and resource coordination.
  • Monitor product inventory levels and work with inventory management teams to ensure availability.
  • Handle customer inquiries and ensure effective problem resolution.
  • Proficiently use sales software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales operations or related roles.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detailoriented with good analytical abilities.
  • Problemsolving mindset and collaborative attitude.
