The role will oversee all aspects of the sale of Expo City Dubai real estate, including identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing guidance to other members of the team responsible for closing sales contracts.

Job Responsibilities

Support the Sales Director in developing the Expo City Dubai sales strategyConduct market research and competitor and customer analysis, used to inform overall sales strategyManage a portfolio of assignments and be able to prioritise work requirementsConsistent review of internal processes and other ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Accounting, Engineering, MBA, Architecture, Construction Management, Management, Economics or a related fieldA strong understanding of property valuation principles and property marketsExcellent verbal communication skills and active listening skillsStrong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
