Description

Develop RPA solutions using UIPath and OCR solutions using Abby Flexicapture.

Work with stakeholdersto execute RPA initiatives by analysing and designing processworkflows; building testing and implementing RPA solutions; andensuring quality of the system.

Work closely with the business to understand the current businessprocesses systems involved volumes problem statement etc.
Identify automationopportunities as per agreed framework and governance.
Adhere to technology relatedstandards policies and procedures such as standardization frameworkcoding standards.
Ensuretechnology framework is followed as per guidelines for allautomation opportunities across business units andoperations.
Identificationassessment and validation of potential processes/ candidates forRPA using proven methodologies or value assessment framework.
Process preparation for Roboticssolution which includes documentation of process redesign gaps andwastes identification quantifiable business benefits etc.

Document as is businessprocesses prepare Business Requirements Document (BRD) FunctionalSpecification Document (FSD) creation of automation architectureand technical / solution design documents.

Prepare complexity assessmentfor all processes.
Prepareproject plan for each automation opportunity.
Create / Maintain reusablecomponent for all processes.
Deliver automation projects based on the tools and technologies inproject scope.
Mentoringcolleagues through RPA training and accreditation program providingadvice and guidance on best practice and development techniques.
Providing architectural controlover solution designs to ensure consistency and continuity acrossthe company s delivery teams.
Identifying new process opportunity accurately analysing estimatingnew processes and quickly assessing feasibility.
Prepare Weekly status review forManagement review.
Preparetechnical help card for Business stakeholders.
Review code of other colleaguesand create report.
Configuringnew RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles thatare efficient well structured maintainable and easy to understand.
Supporting existing processesand implementing change requirements as part of a structured changecontrol process. Work closely with L2 / L3 for handover of theautomation process developed. Work closely with ITPMO for inputs /approvals throughout automation lifecycle.

Working within projectplanning constraints communicating any identified project risks andissues to Tech Lead accordingly and providing inputs to the changecontrol process.

Creating and documenting test procedures andscenarios for the preUAT phases. Act as the first point of contactin case of any configuration issues for the team. Monitors thechanges that happen after implementing the feedback duringdevelopment or testing phase while keeping the projectspecifications intact. Monitors the changes that happen postimplementation to ensure the planned business benefits arerealized. Support the Project Manager in managing project timelinesquality budgets as well as stakeholdermanagement.
