Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR and admin function at the UAE branch
  • Act as an HR advisor to management and team members
  • Monitor the HR performance, manage the budget and recommend HR initiatives
  • Develop training plans, career progression and succession planning for key roles
  • Create annual manpower, compensation & benefits, performance management and rewards programs
  • Develop HR policies and process in line with UAE labor laws
  • Manage the daytoday HR & admin operations of the branch

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a bachelors degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in HR
  • Emirati national is highly preferred
  • Excellent English and Arabic communication skills
  • High attention to details and able to manage relationships
