Your Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Natural Language Processing (NLP) , Generative AI , Agentic AI , Computer Vision , and expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Vision-Language Models (VLMs) . Additionally, you should have hands‑on experience with Edge AI , AI for IoT platforms , MLOps , and deploying AI solutions at scale.

In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy cutting‑edge AI solutions that address complex, real‑world challenges across various domains. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive innovation, optimize performance, and ensure seamless integration of AI systems into production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, train, and fine‑tune advanced AI models, including LLMs , VLMs , and multi‑modal architectures for NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI.
• Develop Generative AI applications using state‑of‑the‑art models for creative content generation, knowledge synthesis, and autonomous task management.
• Leverage Agentic AI to create intelligent systems capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks in dynamic environments.
• Combine computer vision systems with NLP to build vision‑language understanding models for real‑world applications.
• Automate workflows for data preparation, model training, testing, and deployment using tools like Docker , Kubernetes , and CI/CD pipelines .

Your Profile

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 5+ years of industry experience in AI/ML, with expertise in NLP, Generative AI, Computer Vision, and multi‑modal AI systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience building robust APIs using frameworks like FastAPI or Flask .
• Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5) and Vision‑Language Models (VLMs) (e.g., CLIP, BLIP).
• Hands‑on experience with MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or TensorFlow Extended (TFX).
• Proficiency with Deep Learning Frameworks such as PyTorch , TensorFlow , or Hugging Face Transformers .
• Strong experience in deploying AI models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and edge devices .
• Expertise in Edge AI frameworks like TensorFlow Lite, ONNX Runtime, or NVIDIA Jetson.
• Experience in IoT platforms and real‑time AI applications leveraging sensor data.
• Familiarity with distributed computing tools like Apache Spark , Ray , or Dask .

Preferred Skills

• Experience with reinforcement learning, agent‑based AI systems, and autonomous decision‑making frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with big data technologies and real‑time data processing pipelines.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML workflows.
• Excellent problem‑solving and debugging skills, with a focus on scalable, efficient solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross‑functional teams.
