Description

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, including acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants.
• Define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
• Manage project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of seven years of work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and/or change management.
• Proficiency in handling complex, multifaceted projects while demonstrating superior leadership skills.
  
  

• PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
