Plan, superviseand coordinate all activities in the assigned area to achievefunctional objectives.

Train and developappointed employees on relevant skills to enable them to becomeproficient in the job and achieve the objectives of the concerneddepartment.

Budgets

Provideinput to the preparation of department/division budgets and assistin the implementation of approved budget and work plans to achievedepartment goals.

Verify and highlight anysignificant discrepancies to support effective performance and costcontrol.

Policies, systems, processes andprocedures

Implement approved department/divisionpolicies, processes, systems, standards and procedures in order tosupport the implementation of department/division work programs inline with company and internationalstandards.

Comply with all applicable legislationand legal regulations.

PerformanceManagement

Contribute to the achievement ofapproved performance objectives for the department/division in linewith the company performanceframework.

Continuous innovation andimprovement

Design and implement new tools andtechnologies to improve the quality and efficiency of operationalprocesses.

Identify improvements in internalprocesses against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiencyin line with ISO standards in order to identify intelligentsolutions to problems facing the function.
