    Minimum Qualifications:

    • University degree or equivalent in a marketing, communications or related field or equivalent experience

    Knowledge, Skills And Experience

    • Experience in a communications and / or marketing role, preferably within the energy industry
    • Experience in an international B2B environment
    • Knowledge of communication and marketing methods and channels relevant to a large, complex organisation
    • Knowledge of market and industry issues and trends
    • Experience and knowledge of digital marketing channels, measurement tools and metrics, best practices and trends
    • Experience in campaign delivery and measurement
    • Event planning and delivery
    • Extensive experience in media engagement, management and emergency response
    • Ability to connect and establish effective, cross-cultural working relationships with all levels of the organisation and externally
    • Consistently model and lead on Wood's shared values
    • Team player balancing humility and self-confidence, with a focus on creating the right outcome for the business and the team
