- University degree or equivalent in a marketing, communications or related field or equivalent experience
- Experience in a communications and / or marketing role, preferably within the energy industry
- Experience in an international B2B environment
- Knowledge of communication and marketing methods and channels relevant to a large, complex organisation
- Knowledge of market and industry issues and trends
- Experience and knowledge of digital marketing channels, measurement tools and metrics, best practices and trends
- Experience in campaign delivery and measurement
- Event planning and delivery
- Extensive experience in media engagement, management and emergency response
- Ability to connect and establish effective, cross-cultural working relationships with all levels of the organisation and externally
