    JobDetails

    Responsibilities

    • Direct and coordinate plantoperations within company policies andprocedures.
    • Maintain a clean and safeplant.
    • Establish and direct plant policies andprocedures.
    • Foster a well-trained and motivatedstaff.
    • Conduct employee performancereviews.
    • Responsible for plant productiongoals.
    • Establish and monitor overall plantperformance for production and qualitystandards.
    • Control and minimize labor overtime,premium freight, and repair expenses.
    • Maintainexisting plant facilities and equipment; replace or makeadjustments to plant facilities and equipment whennecessary.
    • Provide leadership and training toaccomplish the company goals andobjectives.
    • Implements and maintainspreventative maintenance programs.
    • Providesdirection, development, and leadership to productionsupervisors.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience ina similar role within the manufacturingindustry.
    • Extensive knowledge and practicalexperience with film extrusion, flexible packaging, andKPI's.
    • Proven ability to leadcross-departmental teams and driveresults.
    • Strong communication and interpersonalskills.
    • Ability to analyze information and toevaluate the implications of a course of action orsolution.
    • Ability to monitor and assessperformance of oneself, other individuals, or organizations to makeimprovements or take correctiveaction.
    • Bachelor's degree in BusinessManagement or related field ispreferred
