AnMNC Health & Wellness Company is currently hiring BusinessOperations & Customer Support, Manager to lead the CustomerSupport Team based in the Kuala Lumpur

Keyresponsibilitiesinclude:

• Havingmore than 8 years of working experience with exposure in eitherBusiness Operations, Customer Support or Continuous Improvementactivities within regionalcountries
  
• Maintains and improvesdaily operations by monitoring ticket system performance andidentifying and resolvingproblems
  
• Work closely with the teamwith a strong focus on operational strategies by evaluating teamresults via ticketing and customer satisfactionsurvey
  
• Proactively analyseinformation from a range of data sources to understand commonissues and process relatedgaps
  
• Coordinate with the regionalstakeholders for project support, portfolio development andmanagement, setting priorities and incident resolutions aswell
  
• Provide leadership to the teamon the adoption of best practices and processes to ensure a highlevel of customer satisfaction from regionalstakeholders
  
• Good communication,leadership and stakeholder managementskills
