Responsibilities:

Develop detailed drawings and plans for building facades based on architectural designs and specifications.
Collaborate with Technical Manager, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and constraints.
Ensure accuracy and precision in drafting to facilitate smooth construction processes.
Review and revise drawings as needed to incorporate changes or feedback.
Create detailed fabrication drawings and specifications for facade components, including glass panels, aluminum frames, and other materials.
Coordinate with fabrication teams to ensure seamless execution of design plans and maintain quality standards throughout the fabrication process.

Requirements:

Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant drafting tools.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
Previous experience in facade design and fabrication is a must.
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards related to facade design.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
