Responsibilities:

Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to closeout, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met and construction activities are carried out according to plans and specifications.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against project milestones and deliverables.
Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction activities, inspect work quality, and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout the construction process.
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to provide updates, address concerns, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Prepare and present project status reports, budget forecasts, and other project documentation to management and clients as needed.
Proactively identify risks and opportunities and develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities to achieve project objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and practices.
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore).
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
