- Oversee all accounting transactions and ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Timely recording and collection of rental incomes both locally and international.
- Invoicing tenants, maintaining tenants documents, company files and shareholder's personal information.
- Act on behalf and in the best interest of the shareholders.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank payments and compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Auditing financial documents and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Continuous assessment of all risks that are aligned with the organization. Ensuring that all properties are insured at all times.
- Comply with financial policies and regulations and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting role, with a minimum of 1 years of experience in the real estate management industry.
- Strong knowledge of partnership accounts.
- Strong knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including GAAP and IFRS.
- Handson experience with accounting software such as PACT and Google Drive.
- Experience with auditing and financial statement preparation.
- Knowledge of accounting systems and processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
