Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for project activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies & coordination within the team.
  • Preparation of project plan and schedule, keeping track of each activity to complete within the agreed deadline.
  • Managing project activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost and quality parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.
  • To ensure necessary arrangements of approvals of drawings and finishes for procurement of material.
  • Finalizing requirements and specifications in consultation with third parties for the successful completion of the project.
  • Analyzing the bottleneck of the project and taking immediate preventive action to bring in the project timeline
  • Providing feedback for tender specifications & finalization of requirements.
  • Liaising with Senior project manager on determining technical and contractual matters.
  • Proven track record in managing projects for Bespoke Furniture in Luxury Hospitality projects in UAE/ luxury Villas / Luxury Fine Dining Restaurants.
  • Strong skills in AutoCAD
- project management experience

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor of architecture

Salary:
AED6, AED8,000.00 per month
