1). To prepare CIVIL shop drawing for a new project or modification for the currentProject, should check the respective drawings 1.1).

Final CIVIL tender/contract drawings (Stamped by the Main Contractor CIVIL issued for construction drawings (Stamped by the Main Contractor Final/latest architectural drawings (Stamped as issued for construction by ASICO/main contractor Final/latest structural drawings (Stamped as issued for construction by ASICO/main contractor Prepare list for drawings (tender/issued for construction) with revision and date as mention on the drawings 1.6).

Prepare the CIVIL shop drawings list, and forward to design head
2). Preparation of CIVIL shop drawings 2.1). CIVIL Shop drawing should be as per design approved DEWA/ Dubai Municipality Civil Defense and IFC Drawings 2.2). Any changes in the architecture drawings while preparing the CIVIL Shop drawings with respective to the tender/contract drawings should be Inform to design head 2.3). Slab opening, sleeves in the beams for CIVIL ducting, piping, risers should be shown and same to be shown in the CIVIL Builders work drawings2.4). Refer/superimpose lighting tender/contract drawings layout while Preparing CIVIL layout to match the symmetry of lights and ac diffusers2.5). First Issue CIVIL shop drawing check print sign by design head with an Internal memo to Engineer responsible for the job cc to Coordinator/Construction Manager2.6). After receiving the check print back from engineer with his comments Scan the drawing save with in the folder as marked up drawing Then release the shop drawing for submission, below in the title sheet
