If you have proven skill or experience in:
Planning engaging, standards-based lessons;
Bringing additional resources to lessons and students;
Creating an effective learning environment through relationshipbuilding, high expectations and the use of consistent and effectiveroutines;
Teaching what to learn and how to learn it(note-taking, hands-on learning experiences; gradualrelease);
Communicating with parents in person and inwriting;
Working collaboratively with peers and otherprofessionals to solve problems of practice;
Upholdingnorms of school culture;
Willingness to develop studentsin literacy skills; and
Reflecting on his or herpractice, seeing their students success as their own.

Requisites
Educators must be certified to teachin their content area for the State of Wisconsin or be able toobtain a charter school license from Wisconsin Department ofInstruction.
All candidates must pass a background checkincluding fingerprinting.
