- IndustrialHydraulic Technician (IHT) Certification.
- MLTLevel 1 certification.
- Prior experience workingin a wood products business.
- One-yearindustrial electrical experience regarding hydraulic powersystems.
- Utilize expertise to analyze oilsamples and provide a path forward on samples failing BuildingProduct's ISO counts.
- Performspreventative and predictive maintenance on hydraulic and pneumaticequipment.
- Overhaul and recondition hydraulicand pneumatic equipment.
- Install new hydraulicand pneumatic equipment.
- Assist withdesign/redesign of new and existing hydraulic and pneumaticsystems.
- Provide failure analysis on failedequipment.
- Assist with general lubrication(grease application and oil changes) as requested bysupervisor.
- Assist and/or lead RCFA (Root CauseFailure Analysis) investigations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Officesuite.
- Read, write, and comprehend blueprints,schematics, and technical manuals.
- Accuratelyperform all math functions including decimals and fractions neededto calculate flows and speeds, pressures, andforce.
- Working knowledge of electrical andhydraulic central circuits needed to skillfully troubleshootsystems.

The ideal candidate will prioritize a safe andclean working environment, understand proper use of various typesof equipment, and serve as the subject matter expert regarding allaspects of fluid power and pneumatic systems.
If not already certified,candidate will be expected to obtain the Maintenance LubricationTechnician (MLT 1) and Industrial Hydraulic Mechanic (IHM)certification within 12 months of hire and the Industrial HydraulicTechnician (IHT) certification within 24months.
