• Analyse social media metrics and insights to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and initiatives.
• Stay uptodate with social media algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly to maximise organic reach and engagement.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community environment.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to drive innovation in social media efforts.

• Minimum
  2 years' experience as a Social Media Manager in the Web3 industry.
• Experience with DeFi platforms is a bonus.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Fluency in English.

• Bonus points for experience with community platforms such as Zealy, Layer3, Galxe, Gleam, etc.
