The Role


Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, software engineer and Master's degree is a certain plus (e.g., ITIL, CISSP) is a plus
• Proven experience of 10+ years in IT management & IT operation with a sizable group, preferably in the construction, contracting, or real estate industry but not a must.
• Indepth knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and cybersecurity principles, with handson experience in IT infrastructure management
• Indepth knowledge of ERP system in particular SAP, operation, implementation and latest technology of it.
• Arabic is a must to this role
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a highperforming IT team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and effectively convey technical information to nontechnical audience
• Strategic thinking and problemsolving skills to develop and implement IT strategies that align with business goals and drive organizational growth
• Experience in project management, budgeting, and vendor management to ensure efficient and costeffective IT operations
• Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment, multitasking and prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines and deliver quality results
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation, keeping abreast of technological advancements and industry best practices
