Position:
Maintenance Coordinator/Document Controller (FT)


Duties:


  • Coordinating activities of field service technicians.
  • Serves as primary point of contact for clients and technicians and liaise with them throughout.
  • Coordinate and maintain access for residential communities and buildings.
  • Keeping track of supply and material inventories.
  • Preferably with maintenance experience.
