AbouttheRole:

Asthis role allows you to apply your tax and accounting skills with avariety of clients, it offers you the opportunity to provideoutstanding service to the firms clients and within the firm in thefollowingareas:

• Prepareand/or review personal, business, estate and trust taxreturns
  
• Resolve technicalquestions
  
• Make recommendations forrefinement of engagementprocedures
  
• Be alert to client needsthrough all phases of theengagement
  
• Keep clients informed onfinancial and other business developments in their organizationsand industries
  
• Hone your skill insupervising and prioritizing simultaneous engagements anddelegating duties
  
• Communicateeffectively with clients on a one on-onebasis
  
• Identify tax problems anddeveloping solutions
  
• Monitordevelopments in tax legislation and keeping team members informedof changes
  
• Review taxreturns
  
• Supervise members of the taxteam to ensure that tax returns are completed
  
• Build relationships and interactingwith clients to provide excellent planning, consulting, andexpertise
  
• Improve processes bydeveloping or implementing bestpractices

Requirements

• Atleast 3+ years work experience in a public accountingfirm
  
• Solid grasp of personal andbusiness tax returns within a Public Accountingfirm
  
• Member in good standing withappropriate professionalorganizations
  
• Highly competent in MSOffice and other service area-specificsoftware
  
• Experience withQuickBooks
  
• Experience with ProSystems tax software
  
• Strong verbal andwritten communication skills
  
• Abilityto perform with minimalsupervision
  
• Strong organizationalskills
  
• Willingness to adapt tochanging situations and needs in a positivemanner
  
• Unwavering attention todetails, deadlines, andconfidentiality
