Our client is a very successful, medium sized, international project management consultancy who are looking for a Director that has a project management/quantity surveying/business administration background.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work at a very well-established company who have a solid pipeline of work that want to expand further in the Middle East region.
Due to this we are looking for a specific individual who has the drive and experience to grow the business in the region.
Responsibilities:
Must currently be a Director working at a consultancy in the Middle EastShould have a Project management background involved in leading project management commissions while overseeing other functions in the office including quantity surveying and business administration.
Should have a strong network in UAE and the wider region as well as being able to demonstrate your ability in sourcing and securing new business.
Experience of operational management in terms of building and managing a team, this would include how you go about internal mentorship, team building and leadership.
Financial management experience setting fee levels, managing invoicing, securing payments and managing change.You should have great business planning experience with the ability to think strategically and source the right type of work based on the wider business objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelors in Quantity Surveying/project management and a Masters in Business Administration would be ideal.
Middle East experience is essential.
You should be able to demonstrate the ability to source and secure work in the region, as a Director.
Minimum of 12 years experience although it's more than likely you'll have more experience than that.
