- Support all aspects of the relationship with Consultants/ Specifying bodies within the assigned area of responsibility. Include WATTS products and systems in the Specifications.
- Provide technical assistance to Consultants / Specifying bodies.
- Communicate specification detail, Project detail, and successful contractor information to the sales force for follow up
- Liaise closely with the Sales team and ensure that all projects are followed up with the successful contractors.
- Be aware of and responsive to market conditions and competitor activities. Communicate such information to sales management and product managers.
- Maintain a cooperative and credible working relationship with other company personnel to assure customer satisfaction.
- Plan promotional efforts, presentations, and training sessions with consultants.
- Ensure Consultant Libraries are always up to date.
- Actively manage and develop all customers within an agreed portfolio.
- Develop and sustain a solid relationship between WATTS and its customers
- Deal with all customer queries quickly, efficiently and cost-effectively
- Ensure customer service and customer expectations are exceeded
- Sustain rapport with key growth accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities
- Build relationships by meeting with senior executives to discuss their business issues & present best practice solutions.
- Identify and follow up on inquiries and sales leads with new sectors
- Growing the given portfolio through proactive prospecting through activities such as market research, networking, and lead generation
- Updating the management team on topics such as industry trends, area performance, competitor activity, lost jobs, revenue, and utilization
- Conducting End Users sales visits with new and existing customers with the goal of securing or retaining business
- Ensure the CRM system is routinely updated with information such as customer visits, quotes, forecasts
- Assist with the production of sales activity, market, and competitor analysis reports
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Significant experience in a Sales/Account Management related field
- Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
- Outstanding abilities to communicate in person, in writing, and over the phone
- Language : English & Arabic .
- 6+ years experience in UAE & GCC.
- Experience with Main Consultants in the Region.
- Health Care Customers Relation.
- Strong presentation skills

WATTS Industries Middle East FZE is looking for an organized and goal-oriented prescription Engineer responsible for the development of Relations with WATTS customers in the region which includes setting strategies, selling to and educating customers about WATTS product portfolio, facilities, and servicesIn addition, serve as the primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders, including customers, consultants, contractors, Leadership, local government, and the industry. This position will require high energy, and a proven ability to grow Business.
