Product Coordinator - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - BloomingBox

Description

Providing organisational and administrative support to the product team and the Head of Product ensuring the smooth operation of the product department, allowing the team to focus on their creative work while handling coordination of tasks & sourcing responsibilities efficiently.

• Contribute in generating product ideas and concepts in line with BloomingBox Product strategy.

• Coordinating various aspects of the product life cycle, ensuring smooth communication between different stakeholders, and assisting in the execution of product strategies.
• Oversee and manage endtoend website photoshoots from photographer coordination and the postproduction process, including image selection and editing.
• Contribute with the backend of the website, descriptions of the Products, replace images.
• Prepare presentations and proposals for occasion/collection and products.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation related to product specifications, requirements, and project plans.
• Ensure that all stakeholders have access to necessary information.
• Internal & external facilitations of the contracting process with potential and existing partners
• Track product performance metrics and generate reports for management.

• Identify potential partnerships and approach brands for collaboration.
• Sign contracts with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
• Maintain relationships with partners.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Provide insights to inform product strategy and decisionmaking.

• Bachelor Degree (creative field is a plus)

• Over 2 years professional experience in admbusiness or creative roles
• Experience in building relationships and maintaining partnerships
