• Understanding of futures markets and ability to hedge on the same.

20%:
Develop long range purchasing plans and strategies using a proactive approach.

• Manage and aggressively identify opportunities to optimize and mitigate risk within the supply chain.

-20%: Collaborate closely with Operations, Supply Chain and Sales on risks and costs evolution associated with all key functions, in order to optimize pricing and contribution margin

• 10%:

Responsible for aligning overall team resources to execute against short term and long term strategies and meeting strategic sourcing and location/plant/BU objectives.

• Provides overall guidance and procurement work expertise to the team.

Accountable for talent development, succession planning and engagement of team.

• Ensure that the company HSE policies & procedures are fully followed
• Understand, reflect & practice IFFCO's vision & values.
