Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:


  • Review and process jobs logged by customer as per priorities P1, P2, P3 and validate the complaint if job is in scope or out of scope.
  • Follow up with supplier if the required spare part is claimable
  • Validate the necessity to procure required material claimed by contractors and obtains BOQ when required.
  • Meet customers post job completion to ensure they are satisfied and contractors left work area clean.
  • Perform audits to ensure the teams are equipped with appropriate tools and follow guidelines
  • Ensure closing jobs on CAFM as per SLA and supporting document uploaded. Update appropriate notes if any delay in attending / closing
  • Latent defects escalation, root cause analysis for the repeat issues
  • Coordination with call center team to schedule appointments for customer not available cases
  • Coordination with FMT and Property management for critical case.
  • Maintain consistent positive ratings post job completion and zero SLA breach.
