- 5years of strong HR experience (recruiting experience preferred)
- Bachelors degree required; a focus in theHuman Resource field a plus
- Proficient in MSOffice (Excel PowerPoint Word) Internet research and HRISapplications (SAP experience preferred)
- Strongorganizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple casesand projects of moderate complexity
- Excellentcommunication skills both written and verbal are required in orderto effectively interface across all levels of the organization& with external parties.

- Work alongsidethe HRBP MEA and TEUS to assist in managing the talent acquisitionprocess and act as a point of contact for hiring managers.
- Perform fullcycle recruiting to source themost qualified candidates reduce time to fill openings and impactfuture employee retention while ensuring a smooth &positive experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
- Partner with hiring teams to build and executeeffective sourcing assessment and closing strategies.
- Develop and maintained strong relationshipswith hiring managers to understand team dynamics technicalrequirements and strategic hiring goals.
- Interview phone screen and assess prospectivecandidates utilizing behavioralbased interviewtechniques
- Indirectly manage the activities ofassigned to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with theTalent Developer in MEA Region all internal mobility
- Responsible for the regular recurring meetingsto coordinate with HR staff of REN entities supported.
- Responsible for hiring process for all jobclassifications from requisition to hire for the REN entitiessupported.
- Continuously create and maintaincontacts and leads throughout the industry through technologybasedsocial networking external meetings and events
- Back up to the other HR Partners
- Liaise withbusiness leaders and University Relations Partner to supportbroader talent strategy initiatives.
- Updateweekly the local and central staffing plan for GRP
- Assist in overseeing the complete stafflifecycle from recruitment to performance management andtermination in coordination with GRP/REN and TEUS.
- Collaborate with GRP/REN and TEUS to help insupervising talent development deployment and coaching efforts.
- Support managers in forecasting talent needssuccession planning and talent pipeline requirements aligned withthe business strategy. Support the coordination of jobposting campaigns with TEUS
