    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Specialist at 4Direction Properties located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks related to social media marketing, online marketing, website designing, web analytics, site visits (as and when required), and developing marketing strategies for the business plans. The role involves creating and implementing digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and increase website traffic.

    Responsibilities:

  • Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization and content development.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of our products, standards, and differentiators so that strategies can be developed for more-effective communications and brand awareness.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data, with special focus on psychographics and buying trends, to understand how marketing activity leads to customer sales.
  • Assist with all internal and external marketing campaigns, producing content for projects and initiatives to enhance lead generation.
  • Analyze existing marketing collateral with a critical eye and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV, etc.)
  • Liaise with all concerned parties to guarantee adequate planning, execution and monitoring of marketing activities.
  • Stay up to date with Market and online trends relevant to the brand for ensuring campaigns and promotions are relevant within each market.
  • Maintain awareness on best practice marketing techniques/tools to achieve successful campaigns and promotions.
  • Forecast and track trends in marketing and sales, monitor industry statistics and follow trends in trade literature.
  • Analyzing ad performance and adjusting strategies to improve ROI.
  • Creating and managing social media profiles for the organization.
  • Planning & running ads with Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google /YouTube, TikTok, Amazon & LinkedIn.
  • Creating and optimizing content for digital channels, including websites, blogs, and social media.
  • Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers.
  • Create innovative marketing campaigns depending on robust data and present the recommendations to management.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data.
  • Developing and executing email marketing campaigns.
  • Optimizing website content for search engines.
  • Conducting keyword research and implementing on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and analyze website and campaign performance.
  • Generating reports and providing insights to improve marketing strategies.
  • Analyzing user behavior to improve website conversion rates.
  • Working collaboratively with other teams (e.g., sales, design, development) to integrate marketing efforts.
  • Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals.
