    Groups, Conference and Events Executive

    As a Groups, Conference and Events Executive with Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah, you will be responsible for receiving groups and events at the hotel, serving as an intermediary between the customer and commercial and operational areas. This role requires strong communication skills to work closely with customers, sales teams, and other departments to achieve set goals.

    • Receive and process group bookings, ensuring seamless execution from initial contact to event conclusion
    • Draft and negotiate contracts with clients, including rooming lists, payment instructions, and special requirements
    • Develop and manage event details, including budget planning and coordination with internal stakeholders
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client requests and needs
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, reservations, and front desk, to deliver memorable guest experiences
    • Negotiate budgets and ensure revenue growth through effective relationship-building and upselling opportunities

    Key Requirements:

    • Graduate or MBA in Management, Hospitality, or Marketing
    • Previous experience in sales, events, or hospitality management
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
    • Able to analyze data and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
