Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related fieldAt least 2 years of experience in recruiting or HRExperience using job boards, applicant tracking systems, and other recruitment toolsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
