    Description
    The Role
    Videographer and photographer isresponsible for planning coordinating and executing multimediaprojects that bring creative concepts to life.

    This positioncombines creative vision technical expertise and project managementskills to oversee the production of engaging multimedia contentincluding videos animations and interactive experiences.

    TheMultimedia Designer collaborates closely with clients creativeteams and external vendors to deliver highquality multimediasolutions that captivate audiences and meet client objectives.


    JobDuties and Responsibilities:

    Project planning and coordination:
    Collaborate with clients account managers and creative teams tounderstand project requirements develop project plans establishtimelines and coordinate resources


    Multimedia content production:
    Oversee the endtoend production process for multimedia projectsincluding video shoots animation creation audio production andinteractive media development


    Creative concept development:
    Collaborate with the creative team to translate client briefs intocompelling multimedia concepts and develop creative treatments thatalign with client objectives


    Vendor management:
    Source select andmanage external vendors such as production crews animatorsvoiceover artists and postproduction studios ensuring quality andtimely delivery of outsourced work


    Budget and resource management:
    Estimate project costs manage project budgets allocate resourceseffectively and optimize production workflows to ensure efficientproject execution


    Scriptwriting and storyboarding:
    Review andrefine scripts and storyboards that effectively convey key messagesand guide the production process


    Production coordination:
    Coordinate all aspects of multimedia production including locationscouting casting scheduling equipment rental and logistics

    Directing and supervision:
    Direct and guide the production teamincluding actors crew members animators and editors ensuringadherence to creative vision technical requirements and projectobjectives


    Quality control:
    Review and provide feedback onmultimedia content throughout the production process ensuringconsistency accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines and clientexpectations


    Postproduction and delivery:
    Oversee the editingcolor grading sound design and finalization of multimedia projectsensuring highquality outputs that meet technical specifications anddelivery deadlines


    Trends:
    Stay up to date with the latest trendsin the industry


    Music Selection:
    curating maintaining andrecommending music to all projects


    Required Qualifications:
    Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in multimedia productionfilm animation visual communications or a related field. Provenexperience (4 years) in multimedia production preferably in anadvertising agency or creative studio environment. Strong portfoliodemonstrating expertise in multimedia production including videoprojects animations interactive media or similar content.
    Proficiency in multimedia production tools and software such asvideo editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro)animation software (e.g. Adobe After Effects) and Photoshop andIllustrator. Comprehensive knowledge of multimedia productionprocesses including scripting storyboarding preproductionproduction postproduction and delivery. Excellent projectmanagement skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projectssimultaneously manage timelines and meet deadlines.

    Strongcommunication both verbal and written and interpersonal skills withthe ability to collaborate and present effectively to clientscreative teams and external vendors.

    Technical proficiency incamera operation lighting audio recording and other multimediaproduction equipment and techniques.
