Description

Unipods is looking for a BIM MEP Modeler with solid experience in AutoCAD, Navisworks and Revit MEP, to be based in Ras Al Khaimah.


Responsibilities:


  • Supports the Design Team in developing the ongoing projects at Concept, Schematic and Detailed stage, assuring full drawings accuracy
  • Coordinate the project within the BIM strategy
  • Handles the preparation of drawings for all stages of projects
  • Builds the project according to BIM strategy and coordinate with the BIM manager;
  • Following reviews, incorporates all comments in work, assuring consistency in all drawings.

Technical skills:


  • Must be competent in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks (is a plus)
  • Has a detailed understanding of the various stages, scopes and deliverables of a project
  • Developing a good level of experience and understanding of building construction, codes and regulations, and obligations of architect of record
  • Engineering sensitivity

Education and background:


  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 2 or 3 years of work experience

Salary:
AED7, AED8,000.00 per month
