Responsibilities:


  • Develop detailed 3D BIM models of landscape elements using software like Autodesk Revit.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and landscape architects to integrate landscape designs into building projects.
  • Incorporate data on materials, quantities, and sustainability factors into BIM models.
  • Create highquality visualizations to present landscape designs to stakeholders.
  • Conduct analysis and simulations to optimize design decisions and identify potential issues.
  • Generate documentation including drawings, schedules, and reports.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of BIM models with project requirements.

Qualifications

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other relevant BIM software.
  • Strong understanding of landscape design principles and construction techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in the UAE or Middle East region preferred.
