    KeyResponsibilities

    • Setting and implementing the Creativeand Visual Merchandising strategy in line with the transformation,business vision and objectives and contribute to the overallprocess of decision-making.
    • Contribute to theCustomer experience strategy and journey for the brand, providingideas and suggestions on store design/ layout, etc., incollaboration with the Marketing team and Retailteam.
    • Formuate the Retail Design, Architect andVM budget for the brand for the year, and allocate these indifferent areas to ensure the budget is optimized, utilizedefficiently and adhered to.
    • Create new designsand strategy for online and offline channels, providing a 360approach for the brand's transformation, ensuring greatstory telling to our customers and providing an excellent customerexperience journey.
    • Lead the creative designstrategy for all store openings, pop ups, collaborations, etc. incollaboration with all key stakeholders (Marketing, Supply Chain,Retail, eCom, etc.).

    KeyRequirements

    • Bachelor's degree in InteriorDesign, Architecture, or a relatedfield.
    • Minimum of 13 years of experience inretail design.
    • Proficiency in Adobe CreativeSuite, SketchUp, and AutoCAD.
    • Strongunderstanding of retail design principles andtrends.
    • Excellent communication andpresentation skills.
    • Ability to work well in acollaborative team environment.
