Package / Salary Range: AED 15,000/- to AED 20,000/- per month, Tax-Free (Negotiable as per experience), plus all standard benefits as under UAE Labour Laws.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Our clients, a leading Technology company in the UAE, currently hiring UAV professionals are looking for a talented and experienced Manager supply chain UAV Industry for overseeing and optimizing the complete supply chain operations, ensuring efficient procurement, production planning, logistics, and vendor management, having strong leadership, analytical skills, and ability to drive operational excellence will be instrumental in meeting production demands, reducing costs, and driving overall supply chain performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee and manage all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, materials management, production planning, inventory control, logistics, and supplier relationship management.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favourable terms, managing contracts, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with crossfunctional departments, including engineering, manufacturing, assembly, and finance, to ensure alignment and synchronization of supply chain activities.
Lead the development and execution of demand forecasting, inventory management, and production planning processes to meet customer demands while minimizing lead times and optimizing inventory levels.
Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure and monitor supply chain performance, including supplier performance, ontime delivery, inventory turns, and cost efficiency.
Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and digitalization initiatives to enhance supply chain visibility, efficiency, and agility.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices in supply chain management.
Assess and manage supply chain risks, develop contingency plans, and implement business continuity strategies.
Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage the supply chain budget, monitor costs, and drive cost reduction initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Manager Supply Chain or a similar Procurement role in the aerospace or automotive industry, exposure to UAV products is preferable.
Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, practices, and technologies.
Excellent understanding of procurement, materials management, production planning, logistics, and inventory management.
Knowledge of DCMA, DoD and relevant international supply chain regulations.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills, with experience in building supplier relationships and driving cost savings.
Proficiency in supply chain analytics and the use of datadriven insights to drive decisionmaking and process improvements.
Familiarity with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and logistics management for global operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with departments at all levels.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a focus on driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
Solid organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
