    Description

    Position Overview:

    At GenQore, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in driving our continued growth and success. The Chief of Staff will be working with the CEO of the company and be responsible for overseeing strategic business initiatives, optimizing organizational processes, and enhancing interdepartmental collaboration. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in business management and executive-level advising, combined with a passion for streamlining operations and fostering a culture of efficiency and productivity.

    Objectives of this Role:

    • Oversee Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate closely with senior leadership and department heads to guide the development and successful execution of strategic initiatives that align with the company's objectives.
    • Executive Support: Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation, providing valuable insights and support.
    • Organizational Improvement: Review and design improvements to the organizational structure, identify knowledge and skills gaps, and contribute to addressing them for enhanced effectiveness.
    • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and streamline organizational procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.

    Responsibilities:

    • Liaison and Communication: Serve as a liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders, and the CEO, ensuring effective communication regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning.
    • Relationship Building: Develop and foster strong relationships with all employees to increase efficiency and responsiveness in existing operations. Work closely with executives on special projects to define and implement new operational strategies under the guidance of the CEO.
    • Subject-Matter Expertise: Act as a subject-matter expert, handling inquiries, developing action plans, and assisting in the preparation and dissemination of communications to ensure clear and consistent messaging.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in business administration or equivalent.
    • Five or more years of experience in a business management or executive role, preferably in pharmaceutical industry.
    • Proven experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments.
    • Track record of planning and leading strategic initiatives successfully & handling projects.
    • Experience in data analysis and budget management enabling informed decision making.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Versatile abilities and a strong dedication to driving efficient productivity.
    • Experience with budget handling
    • An agile mindset, dedicated to crafting innovative and creative solutions to complex challenges.
    • Proven success in project handling
