The Senior Manager-Creative Services will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the creative services department and ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative solutions.

This role requires a strong understanding of the creative process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team.

• Develop and implement creative strategies to meet the company's goals and objectives.
• Manage and guide the creative team to ensure the production of effective and impactful creative materials.
• Collaborate with clients and key stakeholders to understand their needs and provide creative solutions.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay updated and offer innovative ideas.
• Oversee the production process, including coordination with vendors and suppliers.
• Manage the department budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and tools in the creative field.

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a creative role, preferably in a managerial position.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in design software and other relevant tools.
