Description
Handles complex legal matters, provides legal advice, and ensures the legality of commercial transactions for a company.


Consults and handles various corporate legal processes such as intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, financial/securities offerings, compliance issues, transactions, agreements, lawsuits, and patents.

Drafts and reviews legal documents negotiate deals, and administers contracts

Guide managers and ensure compliance with rules and regulations

Drafting and amendments of Memorandum and Articles of Association of companies, legal documents, and commercial agreements;
Stay up to date with industry-specific legal developments, regulations, and best practices;

  • Experience in UAE Corporate Service Provider firm for at least four years.
  • Academic and professional legal qualifications (Degree in law)
  • Understanding and awareness of corporate/commercial law in the UAE.
  • Familiarity with business practices and cultures in the Middle East.
  • Good command of English and precise communication abilities;

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Corporate: 4 years (preferred)
