, recruitment plan/ Specialized training programs for staff

  • Develop & enhance Departmental Operational plan ( Initiatives, Strategy, operation)
  • Develop departmental policies and procedures ( governance)
  • Prepare annual Section budget
  • Manage Departmental Processes KPI
  • Provide monthly training to existing staff on various topics related to the field to enhance the internal capabilities.
  • Assist and supervise the implementation of various internal initiatives
  • Manage internal stakeholder relationship
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by line manager

المؤهلات و المهارات

Minimum Qualification:
Bachelors Degree in related fields + Post Graduate certification in Emergency and Disaster management

Minimum Work :
Min 8 years' experience in the required field in UAE

Consultancy work experience preferred

Arabic speaker preferred
