At Emireum Properties we are expanding our sales team

We are looking for a sales agent/executive/broker to work with the company located in the heart of business bay, in a boutique agency you will have the opportunity to start your career with a highly motivated team in a role including high confidence and a very strong sales mindset paired with many challenges and responsibilities.

Some of your duties likely to include but not be limited to:
Cold calling.
Conducting property viewings and assessments.
Negotiating and finalizing sales or lease agreements.
Building and maintaining relationships with clients and industry professionals.
Staying updated on market trends and property values.
Collaborating with colleagues and sharing market knowledge.
Reporting on targets.
Data Mining.
Working on the company targets
Client (investor) sourcing from your natural market.
Adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

Requirements for this role:
1 -2 years experience is a MUST.
Driving license and car preferred.

Languages :
Russian, Arabic, French.

Monday to Saturday 9:00am - 6:00pm

Salary:
AED1.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
