A bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
IT, or any, related to this field.

Experience:
3-4 years of experience in the similar field.

Job Responsibility:

The
IT Network Administrator is responsible for maintaining the organization's computer network and ensuring its security.

This includes configuring, installing, monitoring, and maintaining network hardware and software, as well as identifying and addressing network security issues.

The
IT Network Administrator must have strong technical skills, be able to work independently, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively work with other
IT professionals and end-users.

IT Network Configuration and Maintenance: This includes the configuration, installation, monitoring, and maintenance of network hardware and software, PABX, CCTVs, including routers, switches, firewalls, and virtual private networks (VPNs).
Network Management: This includes the design, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure to ensure reliable and secure communication and data transfer between servers, workstations, and other devices.
Server Administration: This includes the installation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of server hardware and software to ensure optimal performance, uptime, and security.
ERP Administration: This includes the installation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the ERP system to ensure optimal performance, uptime, and security.
Security Management: This includes the design, implementation, and monitoring of network security measures to protect the network from unauthorized access, malware, and other cyber threats.
Incident Management: This includes the identification, analysis, and resolution of network incidents and security breaches to minimize disruption to network services and data.
Change Management: This includes the planning, testing, and implementation of network changes to ensure mínimal disruption to network services and data.
Documentation: This includes the creation and maintenance of accurate and uptodate network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, policies, and procedures.
Industry Trends and

Best Practices:

The Network & Security Administrator must stay up-to-date with new network technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement best practices.

Backup and Recovery: This includes the design, implementation, and monitoring of backup and recovery systems and processes to ensure the availability and integrity of network data in the event of a disaster or system failure.
User Support: This includes providing technical support to endusers, including troubleshooting network and ERP issues, resolving incidents, and providing training and education on network and ERP best practices.
