Description
Our organization is seeking an outgoing, motivated Event Sales to fill our venue calendar. In this role, your primary tasks will involve connecting with potential clients and negotiating their contracts.

You will also complete paperwork for the booking that outlines their needs as well as our staffing needs, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable with vendor management and event planning.

This is a performance-based sales position that gives you the opportunity to capitalize on your own success.


Responsibilities
- resent, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

  • Perform costbenefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Communicating with clients to determine their needs and objectives in order to create a successful event
  • Coordinating sponsorships, advertising, and promotions to increase event attendance and awareness

Qualifications

Super Qualified Sales

  • A bachelor's degree in hospitality, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Event planning experience preferred
  • Sales experience in events and marketing companies
  • Organizational and communication skills
  • Preferred who have their own car and visa

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
